On my Windows XP SP3 computer, the preview does not work for all .mp3 files. I checked my .mp3 files and they appear to have the same codec. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, I suggest you update WinRefine to the latest version. Visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain an official link to download the application, click the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install the utility following the on-screen instructions. If you still have issue, right-click the files you want to preview, select Properties and click the General tab. Check the file format next to Type of file and close the window by pressing OK. After that, launch the application, click Extensions and then Add Extension. Type the extension of the file you want to preview, click OK and try again:
